This is a fast-paced role which will require you to work well under pressure. We recruit high volume blue-collar roles across various mining camp sites across Australia.

General duties of this position are always evolving however consist of the below 
 

• Assisting the schedulers with administrative duties, e.g. Site forms.
• Daily use of MS Office suite, Bullhorn recruitment system.
• Mobilising candidates to site.
• Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
• Providing a high level of candidate care.
• Any other ad hoc administration duties required to be carried out.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in recruitment or a similar discipline as well as:
 

• Exceptional organisational skills, able to multitask and meet competing deadlines.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment.
• Work well under pressure and high attention to detail.
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level interpersonal skills with the ability to positively liaise with key stakeholders.
